E PLURIBUS UNUM
Hello and welcome to my Blog!
Once I entered the world of counseling I took notice of student leadership. I
was invited to a leadership conference along with 20 of my students that showed
potential leadership. The Motto of this conference was E Pluribus Unum which is Latin for “Out of Many One” which also describes
an action of many uniting into one, but my main focus was on the leadership,
and how soon should kids start learning leadership, and should that be a part
of their Early Childhood Education. I took note of my child daycare and how it
was being ran and what was being taught. My mind was made up I wanted to learn
more in the world of Early Childhood Education. After comparing universities
Walden University stood out the most so I decided to get my MS in Early
Childhood Education Studies. “Out of Many One” which means we should all join
together as Early Childhood Educators’ for one common goal to develop leadership
at an early age.
